YOU DECIDE:

  • How much you wish to raise?

  • Where you’d like to hold the event?

  • If you’re providing food, refreshments and/or entertainment?

  • Which painting design your invited guests would most interest them?

These are the top factors you must put into consideration. Know where the event will be held and what you are providing, these two questions must be answered and accounted for as expenses, BEFORE you even get to the exciting part of raising money for your organization.

Then, knowing your guest’s likes will help in the design decision.

HOW IT WORKS:  ****Full payment required one week prior to the event.*****

  • Time can run from 1.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on design and what you provide for food and entertainment.

  • I supply one helper, paint, canvas, brushes, paint and water wells, aprons (limited amount), easels (limited amount), table coverings and step-by-step instructions.

  • Included is a digital flyer (you can print what you need) and a Facebook event post that you can share.

  • You are in charge of selling and collecting monies and marketing your event.

  • I suggest 8 weeks to properly advertise and schedule your event.

  • Minimum of 10 guests to hold the event.

  • $35 non-refundable down payment is required to hold your date.

  • Full payment (minus the $35) will be due the day of the event.

COST:

  • 12X12 CANVAS SIZE: Suggest cost per guest - $30; Organization will receive $15

  • 16x20 CANVAS SIZE: Suggested cost per guest - $45; Organization will receive $25

WHAT TO DO NEXT: Fill out the registration form (it will pop-up once you click add to cart) and place a non-refundable deposit of $35.00 to hold your date.

  • Step-by-step professional instructions and patterns

  • Paint, canvases, brushes, table coverings and aprons

  • Background music to enhance the party atmosphere (if no entertainment is offered)

  • We come to your location

WHAT YOU SUPPLY:

  • Tabletop space and chairs for everyone

  • Guests ready to paint and have a good time

  • Refreshments and food of your choice

  • Optional party decorations and entertainment to complete the theme

Disclaimer: Payment for the party must be submitted (1) week in advance of the event date. We will travel up to 10 miles for free, anything from 11-30 miles, a small $10 fee will apply. More than 30 miles, please inquire.
